Terms of Service

What the service does

FeedFalcon plans, generates and quality-checks social media content for the brands you manage, and hands the finished post to you to publish.

It does not publish to a social network on your behalf unless a publisher for that network exists in the product and you have connected the account. Where it cannot publish, it says so and hands the post over instead.

Your content, and who owns what

You keep ownership of the brand material you upload.

You own the content the product generates for you, to the extent that generated output can be owned in your jurisdiction. AI output has limited copyright protection in many countries, Singapore included, and we do not promise otherwise.

You are responsible for what you publish. You are the one who posts it, and you are the one the platform holds accountable.

AI-generated content

Everything this product renders is AI-generated, and every asset carries that record.

Social platforms require AI-generated content to be declared, and the requirement differs by platform. The product tells you what each destination asks for before you post. Following it is your responsibility, because you are the one posting.

We will not build a feature whose purpose is to conceal a required disclosure.

Regulated industries

Where your brand operates in a regulated trade, the product can apply a rule set for that trade and jurisdiction and check content against it.

That is an aid, not a legal opinion, and it does not make us responsible for your regulatory compliance. You remain responsible for what you publish.

Payment and credits

Generation consumes credits. Your plan includes an allowance and may permit billed overage, which the product shows you before it spends anything.

Fees are stated exclusive of GST unless said otherwise.

Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time.

We may suspend an account that is being used unlawfully, or to produce content that would expose us or a platform to liability.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Otherwise our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

We are not liable for a platform suspending or restricting your account, for the reach a post achieves, or for business losses arising from either.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
